The Besson brand has been around since the early 1800s, and has a rich history in the creation of horns. This Besson Brevete Trumpet is estimated to have been made sometime in between 1909 and 1911, and was a very popular choice for jazz musicians in the early 1900s. Big names like Miles Davis and Lee Morgan frequented these trumpets for their iconic sound.
